muffinpic1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup cherries (or any berry)

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Makes 11 muffins.  165 Calories each.
